The Korean people greet the Day of Socialist Constitution of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea in a stirring period when they are vigorously promoting the drive to build a powerful socialist country under the leadership of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
  To invariably hold fast to the Juche-oriented Socialist Constitution as a strong weapon is an essential requirement for safeguarding the people-centred state and social system.
  The Constitution clearly stipulates all the principles to practically grant all the people the position and role as the masters of everything and to provide them with happy life.
  The DPRK, which embodies it to the letter as a genuine code for the people in all aspects of State activities and social life, will shine forever as the country of the people.
